On the weekend of April 30 and May 1, the Rapid City Cosmopolitan Club hosted the North Central Federation meeting at the Ramkota Inn.  Members from Fargo, Sioux Falls and Rapid City were in attendance.
Ther activities began with a casino night and ended with a dinner and show on Saturday evening
