80^th ANNIVERSARY DINNER/NEW MEMBER INDUCTION    

     On Tuesday evening May 26^th, The Rapid City Cosmopolitan Club officially celebrated its 80^th Anniversary and inducted new members into the club. International President, Jim Smith, and wife, Pam, Saskatoon, Canada, International President-Elect, Melvina Newman, Sioux Falls, SD, and North Central Federation Governor, Sheila Anderson, and husband, Derry ,were present as guests of the club.

     Steve Ferley was recognized as the Rapid City Cosmopolitan Club and North Central Federation Cosmo of the Year. Bill Keck was recognized as the Rapid City Cosmopolitan Club Member Community Service Award recipient. The Cosmos RAYS edited by Susan Rodriguez, was recognized as the North Central Federation recipient for the Club Newsletter award. Linda Rabe, President of the Chamber of Commerce, was recognized with the Cosmopolitan Distinguished Service Award (non-member). Ron Comley received a certificate recognizing 25 years of membership in Cosmopolitan International and the Rapid City Cosmopolitan Club. International President, Jim Smith, swore in the new members who joined during the recent membership drive.
